| Illinois | The Illinois Department of Veterans Affairs has released their Veterans Benefits and Services notice. A new law requires employers with 50+ employees to post a notice in the workplace containing information on the various benefits and services available to veterans. The poster revision date is March 17, 2025. |
| Illinois has issued an updated Victim’s Economic Security and Safety Act (VESSA) Notice, featuring several key changes. The Notice and Certification section has been revised with clarified language, and new details have been added regarding eligibility for employees who have worked certain hours in the past 12 months. Additionally, a Complaints section has been introduced, including a contact phone number, and the Confidentiality section has been revised. | |

| Michigan | The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity has released their Veterans’ Benefits and Services notice. A new law requires businesses that employ one or more employees to display a veteran’s resource poster in a conspicuous place accessible to all their employees. The poster revision date is April 3, 2025. |
| Michigan employers are required under HB 5736 to display the new Resources for Michigan Veterans Notice. This mandatory notice provides essential information on mental health and substance abuse services, education and job training resources, tax benefits, and unemployment assistance. | Michigan has updated its Minimum Wage Law posting in English and Spanish with a new minimum wage rate schedule and its Earned Sick Time Act posting in English and Spanish with changes to its Earned Sick Time Accrual and Complaint Filing sections and a new revision date. | |
| Missouri | The Missouri Department of Labor & Industrial Relations has released their Earned Paid Sick Time notice. The new law requires employers to provide one hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked. In addition, employers with 15 or more employees shall provide up to 56 hours of earned paid sick time per year, and employers with fewer than 15 employees shall provide up to 40 hours of earned paid sick time unless the employer selects a higher limit. The poster revision date is March 27, 2025. |
| Pennsylvania | Pennsylvania has updated its Child Labor Law posting in Spanish with formatting changes. |
| Washington State | The Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has updated their Workers’ Compensation notice. The updated notice reflects a new law that allows physician assistants or, for claims solely for mental health conditions, a psychologist to be considered as a qualified healthcare provider when seeking medical care under a state-funded Workers’ Compensation claim, effective July 1, 2025. The poster revision date is March 26, 2025, and it is available in English and Spanish. |
