FederalThe United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division has updated their Federal Contractor Minimum Wage Executive Order 13658 notice. The updated notice reflects that on March 14, 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order 14236, “Additional Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions,” which revoked, among other items, Executive Order 14026 of April 27, 2021, “Increasing the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors.” The poster revision date is April 21, 2025.
AlaskaThe State of Alaska Department of Administration Division of Personnel has updated their Wage and Hour Act notice. The updated notice reflects a new sick leave law. Employers with 15 or more employees must provide up to 56 sick leave hours per year, and those with fewer than 15 employees must provide up to 40 sick leave hours per year, effective July 1, 2025. The poster revision date is April 29, 2025.
The Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development has updated their Child Labor Law notice. The updated notice reflects the new Sick Leave law. Minors are exempt from sick leave if they work less than 30 hours per week. If a minor works 30 hours or more in any week, they must earn the appropriate amount of sick leave for all hours worked that week. The poster revision date is April 29, 2025.
ConnecticutConnecticut has updated its Discrimination posting in English and Spanish with changes to and the consolidation of its discrimination categories, new contact information, and formatting updates.
IowaIowa Workforce Development has updated their Unemployment Insurance notice. The updated notice reflects the addition of the Denison IowaWORKS location and the removal of the Carroll IowaWORKS location. The poster revision date is May 8, 2025.
Iowa Health & Human Services has released their No Smoking notice. The new notice is now required for all employers to be posted. The poster revision date is April 22, 2025.
KansasKansas has updated its Child Labor Law posting with formatting changes and updates to its posting requirements to exclude employers covered under the FLSA.
LouisianaLouisiana has updated its Unemployment Benefits posting in English and Spanish with changes to its penalties section and a new revision date.
Michigan  The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity has updated their Veterans’ Benefits and Services notice. The updated notice reflects minor changes to web addresses and phone numbers. The poster revision date is May 5, 2025.
Michigan has updated its Youth Employment Standards Act posting with changes to the information regarding days and hours of employment of minors under 16 years and a new revision date. In addition, Michigan has added a Resources for Michigan Veterans posting to its offering.
MissouriMissouri has added an Earned Paid Sick Leave posting in English and Spanish to its offering.
NevadaThe Nevada Department of Business & Industry has updated their Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) notice. The notice has been republished to fulfill the department’s April 1, 2025 required reporting. The poster revision date is April 28, 2025 and are available in English and Spanish.
New JerseyThe New Jersey Division on Civil Rights has updated their Discrimination and Harassment in Employment notice. The updated notice reflects a correction of the posting statute, N.J.A.C. 13:8-1. The poster revision date is April 25, 2025.
New YorkNew York has added an Equal Pay posting to its offering.
VirginiaThe Virginia Department of Labor and Industry has updated their Covenant Not to Compete notice. The updated notice reflects an amendment to the definition of “low-wage employee” to include employees who are entitled to overtime compensation under federal law for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in any one workweek. The poster revision date is May 8, 2025.
The Virginia Office of the Attorney General, Office of Civil Rights has updated their Human Rights Act notice. The updated notice reflects a new amendment that prohibits discrimination based on ethnic origin in employment. The poster revision date is May 8, 2025.
