| Arkansas | Arkansas now requires employers with 50 or more full-time equivalent employees to display the Veterans’ Benefits & Services Notice, which outlines benefits and services available to service members and veterans. The notice provides contact information for state and federal agencies and summarizes available programs, including tax exemptions, education and tuition assistance, hunting and fishing privileges, vehicle tags, veteran ID designations, unemployment insurance eligibility, legal services, health care, housing assistance, pensions, burials, and caregiver benefits. It also includes crisis and mental health resources, as well as protections against retaliation when accessing these benefits. |
| California | California has updated its Family Care and Medical Leave (CFRA Leave) and Pregnancy Disability Leave posting in English and Spanish with verbiage changes in the leave, restatement, and notice sections, and its Health Care Employees Minimum Wage wage order with a new minimum wage rate. |
| California has updated its California Law Prohibits Workplace Discrimination and Harassment posting in Spanish with changes to its protections section and additional updates to bring up to date with English version. | |
| The California Department of Labor & Industrial Relations has updated their Safety and Health Protection on the Job notice. The updated notice reflects address changes to the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health District Offices. The poster revision date is August 7, 2025. | |
| Iowa | The “Your Rights Under the Iowa Minimum Wage Law” notice has been revised to reflect updates to the enforcing agency’s name, contact information, and overall formatting. Enforcement authority has changed to the Iowa Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing Wage and Child Labor Unit, and the contact address, phone number, and website have been updated accordingly. The minimum wage rates remain unchanged on the revised notice. |
| Kansas | Kansas has updated its Unemployment Insurance posting with new contact information, the addition of a qualifications section, and formatting changes. |
| Louisiana | The Louisiana Workforce Commission has updated their Earned Income Tax Credit notice. The updated notice reflects a new adjusted earned income tax credit for the year 2025. The poster revision date is July 29, 2025. |

| Nebraska | The Nebraska Department of Labor has released their Paid Sick Time notice. The new law requires employers to provide one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, effective October 1, 2025. The poster revision date is July 31, 2025. |
| Nevada | The Nevada Department of Business & Industry has updated their Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) notice. The notice has been republished to fulfill the department’s July 1, 2025, required reporting. In addition, links have been updated for NevadaWorks. The poster revision date is July 28, 2025. |
| The Nevada Department of Business & Industry has updated their Workers’ Compensation notice. The updated notice reflects a new web address for filing an appeals claim online if the claimant disagrees with a written decision. The poster revision date is July 28, 2025. | |

| Utah | Utah has updated its Workplace Safety and Health in the State of Utah posting in English and Spanish with changes to its penalty rates. |
