We wanted to remind Oregon employers that, starting January 1, 2025, the Warehouse Worker Protection will apply to employers who exercise control over workers’ wages, hours, or working conditions at certain warehouse distribution centers, particularly the quota requirements.

- Quota Guidelines: The law creates specific guidelines for quotas that warehouse workers must meet. These quotas are work standards requiring employees to perform certain tasks or manage a specific number of materials within a set period.
